Joe Simonds, PGA Director of Instruction for The Paradigm Golf Academy, has worked with all levels of players for many years and has the experience to help anyone’s golf game.
Joe emphasizes the simplicity and fundamentals necessary to develop better players and their abilities. Joe stresses a strong mental approach to the game and has techniques to improve that often neglected part of the game.
Recognized by the Tiger Woods Foundation and the Southern California PGA as the top junior golf instructor for 2007-2008, his work with young golfers is well known throughout Southern California.

Paul Bucy - Director of Instruction, Palm Desert Golf Academy
About Paul Bucy
Paul, a native New Englander, secured his PGA membership in 2005 after an extensive apprenticeship, first at a private golf club in Rhode Island, then, following a move to California, with the Marriott Corporation as associate golf professional, and finally here at Desert Willow.
After attending University of New Hampshire, Paul became assistant professional at Potowomut Golf Club in East Greenwich, RI. Here, Paul studied golf instruction under Mike Harbour, a highly regarded teaching professional throughout New England.
Paul is completing his third year at Desert Willow and has been very active in the development of the new Palm Desert Golf Academy. While working for the Marriott Corporation, Paul completed his certification as an instructor at the Faldo Golf Institute. In addition to being a PGA professional, Paul is also a certified golf fitness instructor with the Titleist Performance Institute.
These special qualifications enable Paul to provide a unique and sophisticated professional instruction package; combining swing fundamentals and course management while also evaluating individual student's performance relative to their equipment and physical conditioning.
